Safe to share a Windows image between a W530 and a T530?

I usually don't share images of Windows harddrives between different hardware, but I'm hoping the T530 and W530 are similar enough. Thoughts on whether it's a good idea or not? (Licensing issues aside).

GPU driver would be the only difference between the two, so sharing the image should be a non-issue.
