Hey 🙂

I'm buying new ThinkPad L470. I was wondering is there any review on this device? And can you tell me about quality of device. I know that T class is best, but how good really is the L class.
And do you think that L470 is good choice for programming student?
Model that Im interested in is:
i5 7600U
Intel HD
8GB RAM
256GB SSD
WIN 10 Pro

Thanks 🙂

When you read the forums, you will soon find out that the majority here is only interested in REAL Thinkpads of the T/W/X Series.

Your intended L470 question belongs in the Post-Classic Lenovo Hardware group, in the sub-forum: ThinkPad L430/L530 and later Series.

Think of it this way:

L470: A good(i5) car that breaks in 3 years.

T470: A eh(i3) car that will last you a lifetime.

Pick which ever you think suits you. If you tend to drop things, dont get the L470.

That bad? I cant afford T series right now, thats big bucks for student. I know that T are tanks, but is there really that big difference between T and L?
