Unfortunately in internet no information about this replacement.
Is this possible or not?

I also still trying to figure this out. Seems like it will need to use LVDS to eDP converter 40 pin, available on aliexpress or ebay. but there is none specified for L430, mostly on T430.
As for the IPS screen, just search for compatibility in
www.panelook.com

If the L430 supports 1600x900 screens, then yes it's technically possible. The reason for this is that 1600x900 requires a 2-channel LVDS connection, which has enough bandwidth to support Full HD (1920x1080), and apparently, QHD as well as reported in
this reddit post on a T430. The T430 and L430 are from the same generation (Intel 3rd gen Core i series), so the integrated graphics are the same, so it becomes a matter of the LCD connection.
What I don't know is whether the T430 QHD mod kit is compatible with the L430. If it's not, then you'll have to get a generic kit, and figure out which cables to use.

If you do like i did in my qhd w530 thread, you can probably make the qhd t430 or t430s kit pin compatible with the l430’s lcd cable.
