L540 (20AV-0070UK) - lcd query

Just bought an L540 from a wholesaler on eBay. He said it had 1080 lcd, then he said it didn’t… but he’s sent me the serial/FRU/whatever label from underneath (attached) and it lists exactly the same specs as in the eBay listing ***and it says 1920x1080*** lcd.
I take it the serial lookup is the “final word” on this, unless a wholesaler has taken apart tons of their stock and downgraded cheap £45 laptops - I can’t see this being economical, LOL.
R9-0JR19G is the serial - am attaching the label photo.
Many thanks

No, but other than repeating after you, there's nothing we can do.
Just wait and see and keep your extremities crossed it's FHD.

"No" you're not asleep, or "No" the serial number to config parts is not the final word?

No: we are not asleep.
No: S/N means nothing, since they can be faked (incl. the stickers) and easily changed in BIOS as well.
No: any searches for the MTM -and shops that sold them- say it has FHD. But what if a previous owner swapped it?
You won't know until you receive the machine.
If it does NOT have FHD, return it for a refund because it is "not as described".
If it has FHD, you're good and we have wasted time.

No question is a wasted question, unless I was asking it rhetorically, which I am not in the habit of doing.
It was, and IS a very pristine matte 1080 display, on an L540 which looks to be in factory fresh condition (NO wear when opened, no dust, no ANYTHING); a few minor scratches on the exterior are fair game - it's probably unused corp stock which was shuffled about a bit. VERY VERY pleased!
After me having asked the seller if he was sure it was 1080, and him answering "yes", then "no", I think I may have caused them to make sure for certain, on the rest of their stock, as the per unit price has now DOUBLED from what I got it for. I am feeling very blessed by GOD!
Thank you for your help; I shall "waste" no more of your time, Sir.
