Distorted sound on Youtube Yoga 14"

I am having a strange problem on a 14" Yoga
Model 20DM009GUS Core i5, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD
When playing YouTube videos and some other video streaming, you will hear a buzzing/digital distortion during certain passages. I have done some research, and tried forcing HTML5 instead of flash. I have also changed some settings in the sound control panel, to no avail. This PC has a Dolby Digital sound enhancement app, and the problem persists with or without using that app.
If I download the YouTube file, the downloaded file plays without the distortion.
Has anyone had a similar issue, and found a fix?

As an update, I've tried updating drivers, and even getting new drivers from the realtek website. That did not help.
I know that this is not a very popular model, but I am wondering if anyone has seen this problem.

Does this also happen if you take it to e.g. McDonalds or Starbucks?
If not, check your router at home.

Yes happens anywhere-
I am pretty certain that this is not router related. 15ms ping, 90Mbps down, 12Mbps up.
It's weird that the downloads are fine, but youtube itself has the weird stuttering/buzzing and distortion.

Well- I think I have solved it. Updating the Audio drives had no impact, but... updating the Video/Graphics drivers seems to have solved the issue. Weird.
By the way the Lenovo updater did not find these. I just went into device manager and updated all of the Video stuff.
Odd, but is seems to have worked.

I think the reason was that Youtube has dumped Flash for HTML5.

So after a few days of use... the issue is much better, but I'm still getting this sometimes.
Your post indicates that HTML5 may be the issue. Can you expand on that? Is there a better solve?
I don't have this issue at all when playing on my Vizio TV app, or my iPad, or my iPhone.

I finally did some more digging... Windows 10 was slowing down the processor in my power scheme. I reset all of that, and now it's fine.
