I have a 9 mo old ThinkPad and one thing that drives me nuts is a lot of letters are skipped when I look on the screen even though I know I touched them on the keyboard. This is my first Lenovo.
I do not know my model. I threw the box out 9 months ago and am gone for a week-not at home with my booklet. It says Yoga 14 on the front and type 20DM on bottom.
Is this a warranty issue or just the way my Lenovo is?
Re: Is this a warranty issue or just the way my Lenovo is?
I remember seeing the same behavior on a another Lenovo essential laptop, it usually fix itself after a restart, if a restart doesn't fix this, you should look for warranty for this issue, maybe a faulty keyboard or something else.

I've done many, many restarts.
Thanks.
Thanks.
