Is WWAN card available for NoWWAN P40 yoga?

My P40 yoga is a NoWWAN version, and I want to replace the bottom cover and install a WWAN card. Are there any WWAN antennas already installed, so I can just put on the EM7455 card and SIM bracket then it will work? Because the hmm manual doesn't show any difference between WWAN and NoWWAN in LCD FRUs， I wish it will be true.
