Could not figure this out, nor find solution anywhere else.
Yoga 260 has built-in camera, but neither Win 10, nor Win 7 sees it.
There is no button (Fn8) or any visible way to control the hardware.
How do I enable it?
Is there a way it's a hardware issue?

Most likely it's not Yoga-specific issue. Should the post be moved to general forum?
The Device manager does not see the camera hardware anywhere as if it's not there at all.
