W11: Micro$haft are Moving your Files into the Cloud without you knowing!

Windows 11 users:
Micro$haft are Moving your Files into the Cloud without you knowing - ACT NOW!

Just came upon this (methinks) important piece of info on Youtube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBTLs7nHU0c

Seems that OneDrive is the big culprit here!
I don't have W11, so I couldn't care less, but I'm sure YOU will!
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!

I upgraded my 2 Win10 PCs to Win11 last year and immediately uninstalled OneDrive. I never used it and certainly don't want Micro$haft using it in the background without my knowledge or permission.

i do not count on any user preferences to W10/11/modern Windows to stick. even uninstalling programs. the OS is designed to “repair itself”, the terms of use permit MS to run the PC in what they conclude is best, including undoing anything you do. i dont desire this level of handholding personally so i dont use modern Windows on my devices. if you do, dont be surprised by your lack of agency.

Step by step, in Windows, the screen in front of you will be the interface to remotely access your files on their servers.
Wanna bet?

The slow change in the zeitgeist of the human user vis a vis their devices is something to marvel at

Unless MS has renamed it and hidden it somewhere on my systems, One Drive hasn't been installed on my computers for at least six months+. Additionally, there are no AI components installed either.

On the two systems i have, One drive is disabled upon start up.
I dont use it, I don't log onto it. So Far its not been an issue.
But yes I've heard that it will remove your files and if u delete it on OneDrive, its gone forever.

At my work, I use One Drive due to ease of use throught the warehouse.
But my god, is the start menu is worthless.
I have excel and it loves to open excel files thru the browser.
And unlike Google Chrome, Sheets integration is seemless, but edge and Excel have their own settings. :?
