I have a 1st generation Helix that came with Windows 8, and I upgraded to Windows 10 just fine.
However, since the December 7th upgrade, the computer has been having a problem with the cursor and keyboard having repeating periodic freezes every .4 seconds.
It stops when I have Task Manager or Device Manager or other Windows system windows on, but it returns when I have programs or apps like internet browser on.
When I hover my stylus on the screen, the cursor moves flawlessly. But when I touch with stylus or finger and make selection, freezing returns every .4 seconds.
Please help solve this problem!
My laptop is a 1st generation Helix with i7 processor, 8B RAM, and 256 GB SSD.
I checked, and It has latest drivers, and uninstalling the updates did not help.
