X60 tablet upgrade to w10

I'm wondering if it is possible to upgrade y x60 tablet to win 10 and still have touch up screen workin under windows 10? Will all that stuff work with default drivers?

I don't know if touch works but I think everything else other than infrared should work just fine but for GMA950 you have to look for a different driver from Intel
Anything from T43/R52/X41 can run Windows 10 except if you end up with Intel GMA 900 Graphics, the graphics driver will never work.
For GMA 950, which is your case, it works fine as it is the first GMA chipset that works with Windows Aero
