Windows 10 driver for for WiFi card

Is there a driver for the WiFi card other than what Windows 10 installs? I have a 11b/g/n wireless LAN mini-PCI Express Adapter II in my T410s. If there is not what are the best settings for the driver that Windows 10 installed. I am not having any known issues, but I want to get the most from the card. Current speed is 144Mbps.

You will find the driver installed for Windows 10 probably won't be limiting your connection speeds. Your connection speed of 144Mbps sounds about right to me but the speed depends on your router and internet connection.

To improve on this you will need probably a better WIFI card, upgraded router and maybe a faster internet in that order. If you want to spend some money you can certainly increase your internet speed.

Thank you for that information. I will be satisfied with the speed I have for now. I really do like this T410s.
