Windows 10 problems on Thinkpad Helix 1gen

Hello:)
I was a happy user of Thinkpad Helix 1gen since 2013. Sadly, since several months, I struggle a lot of issues. Lenovo said that the device is old and there is no more support for Win10, so they can't help. So I want to ask some other Helix users if they also met these problems and if there are any solutions.

So since around 3 months (last major Win10 update) Helix has no touch display, cameras are not working and there are some USB issues- it seems there is no usb 3.0 support. I'm 100% sure that touch panel is working. The system says that camera and tp can't be found.
Anyone can help? Maybe there are same problems with similar devices, like Yoga etc?
