Bluetooth volume fix

#1 Post by Whitieiii » Sun Jan 20, 2019 2:08 am

In Windows 10 I can hook up my Bluetooth earphones to my T440s and they work great it's just the volume even on max is so low! is there a fix for this? there is no separate volume control on my earphones so can not adjust them and they do not have a headphone jack plug so I can not bypass Bluetooth... they do not even connect over USB just over Bluetooth... is there any possable way to make the sound louder? they are even more quiet then when hooked up to my samsung and macbook and they are as loud as both of them at like 15% volume when connected to my T440s... I wanted to take them with me on vacation since they are nice and compact but don't think I will be

Using Voice Meeter on my X280 with Windows 10, I am able to increase the volume somewhat above what I get otherwise. My Plantronics BackBeat FIT bluetooth headphones are actually play quite loud this way.

I get the option to use headphones or headset... Using headphones sounds good but too quiet and using headset makes it way louder but it sounds like [censored]... Headphones are 2 channel 16bit 4800 and headset is 1 channel 8 bit 4800 i believe?

Did you try the VoiceMeeter Desktop App? Connect your headset via bluetooth, then on the Windows Volume Icon choose VoiceMeeter Input. From there, using the VoiceMeeter Desktop App, choose the A button under Virtual Input, and on Hardware Out choose A1 and try the various options such as: WDM Headphones, KD Headphones, and MME Headphones, and choose what sounds best to you.
