ThinkPad X1 Tablet stuck on "Locking"

I have been using Lenovo Thinkpads for a long time. The first one was the Thinkpad T440s and found no issues with it. I have bought a new Lenovo X1 Tablet and have used it for 3 months now. However, just earlier today, when I locked my screen (by pressing WIndow Key + L), it got stock on "LOCKING" with a blue screen background and non of the keys worked. The only way to get out of the "LOCKING" screen is to force shutdown. Please see further laptop details.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
OS Build: 17134.471

Has anyone faced this? Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks.

Does window lock screen gets dimmer?
