You'll find it on Lenovo's EOL Driver archives.

Can you post the Hardware ID of the memory controller device?

Go to Device Manager, select the device, right-click and select properties. Then go to the Details tab.

I doubt that there is a working Windows 10 driver for Intel's Turbo Memory, and it is also quite useless in most situations.

If you are still interested in making this device work, just download this driver. I cannot guarantee that it works, though.

screamer,
I did that but on install i was duly informed that i already had a much later driver already installed.
Probably it is looking for some pci memory controller....
PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 4, device 0, function 0)

It's better to remove it. There's no point in keeping it installed. Also, there have been reports about experiencing BSODs due to the Turbo Memory card. Removing said card solved the issue.

what did the turbomemory thing even do? i noticed that the shutdown process took the most time on w500 with an ssd, so maybe it got hung up behind that extra card lol? (any drivers werent even installed yet)
