Trackpoint may sometimes stop working as intended.

I thought synaptics was the default mouse driver Microsoft Windows adds in everytime it doesn't detect a different driver (like UltraNav). If the OP wants to disable the TouchPad and use TrackPoint only, then UltraNav has an option for that.

There are many services running for synaptics . They will delete all of them ? Except trackpoint, anything else will stop work ? Any problem will come ?

You can't delete Synaptics without having a different set of mouse drivers there. The Synaptics will reload itself everyday because it's the default driver that Microsoft Windows loads. If you want to use TrackPoint only, I would recommend using ThinkPad UltraNav driver and then setup the settings so you have TouchPad disabled.
