Hi What update/version are you on for Win10?
-Have you checked all Win /Lenovo drivers are up to date ?
-Do you have Lenovo think Vantage ? what does it report ?
-I am not sure if battery report runs under safe mode ? anyone?
-Have you checked that you have updated chipset drivers . (Intel(R) Chipset Device Software10.1.3.125 Aug 2020)
-Have you checked (Lenovo Power Management Driver (64-bit)1.67.16.4216 Dec 2019)
-Under device manager/battery try updating/ ACPI Compliant Control
-Also there is a way to see cycle count under linux , i am not good with it but sure we have a lot of members that can help. Perhaps there is a way to run this within a live Linux /Ubuntu for advanced battery features.

Just checked this on my Windows 8.1 install, and same thing. No cycle count shows up in mine, it shows the line but just has dashes for the counts.

I'll look around and see what I can figure out.

From what I can determine, it's simply not compatible with the Windows hardware layer. If you can, install the Lenovo Vantage software from the Windows Store and check in battery details in there, it will tell you the battery charge cycles. It worked on my T450s when I had Windows 10 still installed. I rolled back to 8.1 and can't use that software under 8.1, I should try getting the old Power Manager software running on here.
