Thinkpad 25/T470 Base Cover - FRU differences?

There are two FRUs: 01HX698 and 01AX949.
Both appear in the Thinkpad 25 FRU BOM, under "Covers" as "Base,BLK,plastic,w/ screws".
In the T470 FRU BOM only the 01AX949 appears.
On pictures they look pretty much the same.
Does anyone know if there are any differences between the two? Asking because on eBay the 01AX949 is more readily available, and much cheaper than 01HX698.
