app wont run in safe mode?

hi all, i have a t42 that i recently tried to install an app on. The app was installed on the default user acct that windows creates for you when you first configure it (it has admin access). for some reason this app is not able to run (i get that windows error that tries to send a report to MS). The app wont even run when i boot in safe mode! so i tried creating a new user acct with admin privileges and installed the app under this user name, and it worked fine!

any ideas?

Many apps won't run in Safe Mode because of needed services.

Uninstall and reinstall for the default user and it should run, probably just a corrupted install.
