why I can't use bios update utility to update my bios?

everytime when I open the software and click some next the machine will reboot and enter windows again without going to the bios update process.

You are aware that the BIOS update utility is a DOS executable, aren't you?

You'll need to make a bootable floppy and boot off of that in order to run the update (at least, that's the case on my 600).
