Windows low battery warning

Hey Guys...

Ok heres a wierd one. For some reason at random times windows pops up telling me my battery is loa and I should plug in... but in all cases I have plenty of juice. it just happened for example and I have 83% batttery left...

Any ideas?

I'd say bad battery- time to replace it

Cleaning the contacts on the battery/notebook both with swab/alcohol is worth a try if you haven't already..

see thats the thing. I had battery problems in the fall and IBM sent me a brand new battery.. so the battery is barey 6 months old./.
