Internet Explorer start page reset to msn.com on reboot

I just got a new Thinkpad. Everything is fine, except that every time I reboot, Internet Explorer's start page gets reset to www.msn.com. It is very annoying. Anyone know how to defeat this? I thought I fixed it with Microsoft's own Anti-Spyware tool, but no luck.

(Please don't say "switch to firefox". I love firefox and I use firefox 90% of the time, but I have to use IE too.)
