Installing frsh copy of XP

I have a licence cd with a full WIN XP pro, what I want is to install a fresh copy with this cd, but I want at the same time to be able to recover to factory settings can I do this by making the 7 recover cd's??

What i'm asking is that do the recover cd's recover everything to factory preinstalled including the hidden partition???
