Catalyst 5.8 drivers out! - Post your results here!

Any tried these with patje's mobility mod? 3.7's were bad for me so I've been on 3.6 for a while and itching to upgrade (im addicted to driver upgrades ) Anyhow post your 5.8 driver results in this thread

My system wouldn't wake up from hibernate with them. Graphics driver failure but I forget the exact error.

I need to find/download the 5.6 drivers.

I still have the 5.6's although after I tried the 5.8's last night and they were none too good, I decided to try the newest version of IBM's driver. Other than the fact the the ATI control center functions are parred down, it seems nearly on par performace wise with the 5.6's and seems decently stable (plays WoW ok which is my only heavy 3D stuff) so I think I will stick with them for the time being. The Catalyst drivers never seem to set the refresh quite right and a get a very very slight flicker that is noticeable sometimes that I don't seem to get with the IBM driver.
