Update Connector vs ThinkVantage Software Installer

#1 Post by Roan » Wed Aug 24, 2005 4:22 am

In IBM Update Connector it is possible to use the planner. Unfortunately I miss this option in the better working ThinkVantage Software Installer. Is there another possibility to schedule the Software Installer? I can't find anything about this feature or upcoming feature at the IBM site.

I'm just quickly going to suggest that you could put it to the Windows Task Scheduler list, just put it to start the Software Installer to remind you, or find out if there's a command that allows updating without user intervention.
