T43 2668 centrino overclock

I have just purchased a thinkpad T43 2668 with centrino mobile technology, graphics by ati, win xp, dvd/RW, 512Mb ram. It was purchased in china and the win comeout in chinese language, i tried to change to portuguese language, but i have erased a partition and i think who were the place of drivers and tools for my pc.
Now the BIOS show incorrect informations like 128MB of ram, 300Mhz of processor speed, cd-rom drive, without ati video card

please help me.
