Is there a way to disable or delete Shared Docs?

I am only user of my computer and don't see the point in having Shared Dovs in My Computer. Is there a way to disable them?

I have no shared doc after this registry change.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.

Then, create a DWORD value called NoSharedDocuments and set it to 1.
