Restore IBM Thinkpad A31p factory display settings/themes

Hi! After a fresh product recovery, I tried adjusting my display settings to best performance, disabling all visual effects like mouse shadows etc. The problem is that it also changed the size of text of my desktop items, window titles etc..Im using a 1600x1200 resolution and the default display settings/theme of Thinkpad displays a fairly decent font size on my resolution. How can i restore that display settings again?
