desktop icon spacing

desktop icon spacing

I vaguely remember that in Windows 3.1, it was possible to change the spacing between desktop icons. Does anyone know whether that can be done in Windows XP?

I am not aware of anything other than removing the "Align to Grid" option and placing them where ever you'd like.

Okay, I figured it out:

1) Right-click on desktop
2) properties
3) Appearance --> Advanced
4) Item --> Icon spacing
