Fingerprint reading option not on welcome screen

#1 Post by mouse@cheese.storage » Wed Apr 12, 2006 11:46 am

Dear all,

Due to a recent re-installation of the SW on my T43p I seem to have lost the feature that on the normal windows welcome screen I had an indication in the left top that I could use the finger-print scanner to log on. Now only the normal passwords work, or if I change a setting in the related software, then I get an Ctrl+Alt+Del log-in which allows the fingerprint reading.
Anyone knows how I can get that back onto the windows welcome screen?

Many thanks in advance,

Yes, both are installed and I also did a re-install in case something might have been broken, but that did not seem the case.

Is there some setting required that I might have overlooked to get this to appear ?

Client Security S., advanced options. There's a setting to determine "Change Windows Logon."
