Folder attributes search rather than open

#1 Post by Cassirer » Thu Jun 08, 2006 11:13 am

O.k. I give up ... I was changing some icons and must have done something wrong ...

when I click on an icon it goes to the search window rather than open the folder ... and for the life of me I can not figure out how to put it back ... I have search and search ...

if you know could you please let me know ...

thanks in advance

I haven't tried this myself, but Tweak UI has an option to rebuild the desktop icons. Maybe it would work for you. Tweak UI is part of PowerToys for Windows from Microsoft (free download). Look on the right side of the page for the download link.
