change XP to office 2000 type menus

Hey I wanted to change my office xp to the set up of 2000 so that when i press control at delete I could get the six bar menu where it asks me if i wnat to lock computer, shutdown, task manager. etc.? how do i do that?

Use the classic start menu and get rid of fast user switching. I always get the six bar menu when I press Ctrl-Alt-Del.

okay did that. it doesn't work. ctr alt del still gives me just the task manager

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Change the way users log on and then uncheck the Welcome Screen. You cannot unselect this until you have eliminated Fast User Switching.
