access ibm not working and ibm apps not loading

All of a sudden, my ibm applications are not loading on startup on my x41t. The access ibm button is not working either. Any suggestions?

go to thinkvantage and use system update or software update and update to the newest software. Might as well update it, than just reinstall it.

Actually, I just updated all the IBM software a few days ago. It worked fine for a few days and then all of a sudden none of the IBM software loaded on startup and the access ibm button does nothing.
