Access Connections - Static WEP

Has anyone had trouble with using keys 2-4 when using Static WEP through Access Connections?

We are trying to use key 4 for the encryption key and Access Connections will not connect. Yet, if we use Windows to manage the wireless connection and select Key 4, we are able to connect.
