Want freeware HTML editor like MS Frontpage

#1 Post by Nolonemo » Fri Sep 15, 2006 1:22 pm

I'm looking for a freeware HTML editor/page designer to run under XP. I'm looking for one that has a feature like MS Frontpage, which lets you build an entire page in a design view (somewhat like working in MS word) without ever seeing a single line of code, and also (of course) has a code view where you can see the actual HTML code.

Thanks for any help.

For really simple jobs, Front Page Express still works under XP, and I use it for my bookmark pages just because it is completely WYSIWYG. I don't know how to get it anymore. ... JD Hurst

NVU is based on the old Composer code from Mozilla, which came from Netscape.
