windows 2003 problems

Hi there,

I 'm planning to take MCSE 2003 in this year. I installed windows 2003 Enterprise Evaluation version on my T41.

However the OS can't detect my some hardwares which includes Ethernet card and the Wireless network card. And I searched drivers library of IBM. They just support windows 2000 and XP not 2003.

Who installed the windows 2003 into the IBM laptop? And who can enlight me?
