T42 Audio not working after I upgraded to Vista

I upgraded to Vista Windows Vista(TM) Pre-RC 1 Build 5536

After did the upgrade no sound is coming, please could anyone help me figure it out.

Try to disable and then enable the sound device in Control Panel (does Vista have one of those?).

I disabled it but am not able to enable it back again. WHere can I get the option of enabling it again? Please could you help me out
