Vista capable upgrade order form ready

Well, as of today it has been published in a Windows page, the form to order your upgrade version, (for elegible machines bought after 10/26/06 of course...)

However... over there they are asking you a serial exchange number for upgrade version, well what in the hell is this, and how can you get such number?

Would appreciate if somebody findout and tell us how to proceed...
