ole32.dll

Hey guys,

on a friend's T43 i'm seeing random ole32.dll crashes

explorer will occassionally crash due to it, word will, iexplorer will.

everything that uses it crashes on occassion,

i've tried system restore and all the latest patches, no help.

i even replaced the ole32 w/ the one from a microsoft patch.

any other ideas?

You might try System File Checker. Go to Start > Run > and type sfc /scannow in the text box then click on OK.
