#1 Post by BoomAM » Wed Jan 24, 2007 11:06 am

Hi.
Ive just done a factory restore on my Z60M.
As its been almost 10months since i used any IBM software, which is it that i can uninstall/disable from my system without it being needed at all?

Thanks in advance all. :)

I am assuming you want to uninstall some of the programs that IBM pre-installs on your system. I really don't know what programs are on there, but you should be able to safely remove all programs that are not the drivers for the system (IE: Trackpoint/Ultranav driver, Power management, Battery Maximizer, etc.) Those programs are needed to make the computer function normally. All the other stuff can be deleted.
