What does the Lenovo Mobility Center Do?

Before I install it, what does it do? And do you like it?

so far it allows you from the win +x key to turn on off thinklight (instead of fn +pg up) or turn off hard disk protection, i'd guess more would come as time goes on. it also shows a header "lenovo customizations)
