Newbie Vista question

#1 Post by walla » Fri Feb 16, 2007 6:17 am

I have a T43, that I got a year ago. When I checked the IBM website for drivers and support, it says that recovery DVDs are only available for Microsoft Windows Vista. (CDs are probably still XP).

My question is: Can I get a free Vista copy for my TP if I order the recovery DVD?

according to posts and info on the web only those who purchased from oct to current would get a vista upgrade cupon. your system is too old, purchased before vista was to be released as far as i know
