StandBy and Hibernation still not working.

StandBy and Hibernation still not working.

I cant believe I would have to wait for Sp1 to come out?!!! Anyone found yet a solution for fast hibernation and standby that doesnt involve ur computer locking up?!

I am not having any issues with standby/hibernation on my Z61m or on my HP desktop - both running Vista (Business and Ultimate). Exactly what problems are you facing?

I am running Vista on 4 different notebooks with no issues. Perhaps a corrupt hibernation file or some rogue program that doesn't like shutting down?
