R60 and Recovery Process - Need Help

Hi

My friend has R60 , He needs to recover system to factory settings.
Tried to recover using recovery disks.
But He got info that: "X:\Recovery\Utility\convert.cmd" is missing
What he can do
Is copying that file from other laptop using USB-Memory-Stick an option
I'd like to say that disks work on his other R60.
Need help
I'd be gratefull for any infos.
