Reinstall of Vista removes hibernate option
Reinstall of Vista removes hibernate option
Hello. After restoring Vista from a backup via rescue and recovery 4.0, the hibernate option has been removed from all of the normal menu positions (start menu, power options, etc.). I've downloaded the guide by Koroush Ghazi and tried using "powercfg /hibernate on" from the admin command prompt but no joy. Anyone else have this occur? The only fix appears to be a clean install again. I'd like to avoid this if possible. Thanks for any help.
