Which Bluetooth Software should I choose

I have a Thinkpad T60p that I installed Vista on (from scratch).

I currently have "ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software 6.0.1.3500" installed.

Meanwhile, Windows Update is presenting me with this option:

Broadcom - Other Hardware - ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate
"Broadcom Other Hardware sofware update released in October, 2006"

Is this an older, newer, or plainly different Bluetooth "stack"?
Should I install it?

No, i wouldn't trust MS provided drivers thru windows update. Just stick with the Lenovo ones as these are currently up to date and customized to work with your tp model.
