TPHKMGR.exe encountered an error

I have gotten this error, pops up in the middle of doing work but not sure why. I get an error box, and I close it without any apparent problem. It has happened every couple of days for the past week or so. Anyone have an idea?

I have X31 with Windows XP, all patches up to but not including SP2.
