Restore Points and Dual Boot

#1 Post by Kyocera » Tue Mar 27, 2007 9:55 am

Here's the problem, if you are dual booting XP and Vista:

If you are using system restore in Vista and have created - or the system has created restore points when you boot into XP the Vista restore points are erased, happened to me and did some research, so far there is not a real fix for this other than to completely hide the two OS's which I dont' want to do.

I'm wondering if anyone has used any other software tool for creating restore points other than "system restore" for vista or XP. Any thoughts/advice appreciated.

Edit: I found this but it seems like a lot of work :( .
