Trackpoint scrolling in Office?

Hi,
I've noticed that the trackpoint middle button does not scroll at all in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Has anyone found a way around this? It's extremely annoying.

Re-install the trackpoint driver, problem solved.

Does it scroll at all, like in the web browser etc.?
Any other problems with your keyboard? Have you tried reseating it?
Which version Office you use?
Office 2000 Premium on my T23 and Office 2003 Pro on my T30 work fine.
